Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of willkline.com and any account or membership you take out. Using the site means you accept them. If you disagree with any part, stop using the site.

Accounts

You're responsible for the magic links sent to your email. Don't share them; don't use another person's account. You can close your account at any time from the member portal or by email.

Membership

Paid membership gives you access to member-only content and any satellite brand entitlements shipped with your tier. Billing is monthly, charged in advance via Stripe. Price changes affect the next billing cycle; active subscribers get at least 30 days notice.

Acceptable use

Don't: attempt to bypass auth, scrape member content in bulk, send automated traffic that degrades service for others, or reverse-engineer the SSO flow to impersonate a member. Do: use the site like a human, ask if you're not sure, report bugs.

Content ownership

Everything Will writes and publishes on the site is © Will Kline. You can quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish articles in full or train models on the corpus without written permission.

Third-party brands

Amplify Me, MadCoolStuff, and MadCoolMoney each have their own terms. Using a satellite brand through willkline SSO means you also accept that brand's terms.

Warranty

The site and membership are provided "as is." We aim for 99.9% uptime on the main domain but don't guarantee it. Nothing on the site — including anything in MadCoolMoney — is personalized financial, legal, or medical advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, email active members at least 14 days ahead of the effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
