Refund Policy

This policy covers the WillKline Membership subscription ($29/mo). Refunds for satellite brand purchases are handled under each brand's own policy.
14-day window
Within 14 days of a charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. After day 14, the current month is non-refundable, but canceling at any time stops future charges and preserves access through the end of the paid period.
How to request
Email willkline@willkline.com from the address on your account. Include "refund" in the subject. We process requests within two business days; your bank will post the credit 5–10 days later.
Canceling without a refund
You can cancel future billing yourself from the member portal. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current period.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, email first — we refund fast. Chargebacks opened without a prior support request will result in the account being closed and blocked from future membership.
Exceptions
Accounts found to violate the Terms of Service (automated scraping, bypass attempts, credential sharing) are not eligible for refunds.
